Another weekend away

We spent last weekend hanging out with great friends in the Wisconsin Dells!

It was a gorgeous fall day, so the kids headed out to feed the ducks.Owen would've sat there all day, until one jumped right next him. Well then he was d.o.n.e.We did the ever so famous Duck Boats with the kids, and got up close and personal with this guy...

Apparently we've been wearing this guy out lately. It was another crazy busy weekend, he didn't get a nap in either day. So Monday came along, and he just couldn't keep his little eyes open anymore.
But he wanted just one more bite of that apple! Oh lil' buddy we'll make sure you get a nap from now on!

Seriously I just knew from the moment I saw this little man, it was going to be a Great photo session! That it was! I had so much fun!!

It's Fall Y'all ain't it GrEaT!!!

It was a beautiful fall day to play in the leaves! One problem...we don't own a rake, nor do we have any trees in our yard.

So we borrowed a rake from Papa, and found TONS of leaves at the park. Someone was in heaven, he was very busy trying to get a HuGe pile to jump in.

This guy kept on walking through the pile, making big brother upset!

A few weeks ago I did a photo shoot for these two little girls. They share the same birthday month, so I had them celebrate with a tea party!

What a fun day!

We enjoyed a beautiful fall Sunday out making memories! We started out with a visit to my Aunt & Uncles hobby farm, they happen to have four horses!Isabel was quick to jump right on for her ride, she even did some barrels...she's very proud :)Even Owen got a ride!Gavin preferred the stationary version of horse back riding, and tractor rides of course!

Thanks Pat and Scott for a great field trip to the country!!Then we headed over to an apple orchard that was having a hot air balloon festival.

We toured the orchard, then sat and watched the balloons get ready for take off. And away they went! Such a fun day, we had a blast!

We celebrated Gavin's birthday with a firefighter theme last weekend. Complete with a real firefighter who brought his fire truck and gave us all rides on it!

Happy Birthday Buddy- sure hope you had fun turning FoUr!!!

I know I have zero Ace of Cake skills, it just looked so easy to make online. Last homemade cake I ever make!
