Holiday Highlights

A few highlights from Christmas with the Moormann Family....

Owen's first Christmas with a visit from "The Big Guy"
"The Big Guy" brought him a new high chair!
Gavin checked out his new awesome Space Shuttle

Isabel was a little shocked to see she got her very own PINK IPOD?!?!

A Christmas Day snowstorm let the kids get out and enjoy the beautiful snow falling, by making a HUGE snowman. Thanks to Unlce Ben, Uncle Brent, and Auntie Andrea!

An outtake...trying to get 5 grandkids all under the age of five to cooperate for a picture, is pretty impossible.

Gavin and cousin Breanna showing some excitement...perhaps it was the HuGe mound of presents awaiting?

We had a very nice Christmas! Wishing you a very Happy 2010!

Counting down...

This girl reminds me everyday, how many days are left until Christmas. She has five countdowns hanging around the house.
I'm reminded about fifty times a day that I only have 4 days to finish last minute shopping, baking, and wrapping. Trying desperately to be ahead of the game this year.

The parties are winding down, the programs are finshed, and I still have mounds of gifts to wrap!

Sure hope I can cram it all in, or my walls might start to crumble too....

Making a List and checking it twice.....

A few weeks ago we made a trip to Macy's, the kids each sat down and wrote their wish lists to Santa and put them in the mail box and off it went to the North Pole. This boy easy peasy.... a Monster Truck, a BIG green tractor, and a motorcycle. Check.

I really want a Monster Truck Santa, is it a deal or what? Santa??! How bout knuckles for that one. wink wink.

This one on the other hand, took awhile.... She'd really, really, really like another American Girl doll, Julie this time. But mom says you don't always get what you want, having three American Girl dolls would be a little greedy. So instead she wrote a few things, a singing Taylor Swift Barbie, an alarm clock, and some new dresses that spin. Check.

Santa whispered into this little guys ear, and said, "I heard you needed a new highchair so you could properly eat your rice cereal...I've got you covered little one." After daddy corrected Santa that "HE" was a boy, not a girl. Really Santa?!

Four Months

Four months old today! Still one happy, sweet baby. He is starting to show his true personality too. He can get quite stubborn when it comes to taking his naps. If I recall, his big sister was the same way! He recently discovered his toes, and wants to eat them so bad, but can't quite figure that one out yet. And he's oh so close to rolling over, I'm waiting for the surprise any day.... Happy 4 month birthday little man, sister wanted to know if we could have cake. Well why not, we celebrated with mini Little Debbie tree cakes...it was delish.
